This is a simple 1940's style dress, fully lined with black chiffon. Features elastic at waist and wrists. Buttons decorative, dress slips comfortably over head, includes chiffon tie belt, and shoulder pads. One of a kind made for one of my blog posts and only worn once for photo shoot.     Returns:
